Are you a highly reliable and caring experienced Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant?

Yes…? Then this could be the Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant opportunity for you! We work with a number of schools locally who have alternate provisions for pupils who struggle to learn in a whole class environment. The Schools utilise specialist trained teachers to deliver small group lessons to prevent exclusion and look to reintegrate them back into the classroom.

You will be working across Key stages 3 and 4, providing 1:1 and group support for pupils who are showcasing challenging behaviour. You will be inspiring and motivating pupils to re-focus on their core objectives.

You will need to be a Graduate or have specific youth/behaviour/education qualifications to be eligible to work within the schools. If you have experience working with challenging children with SEMH, you would be a great candidate for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
