Job description

A cluster of EBD schools in the Manchester and Salford area's are looking for behaviour support with children between 4-16. The children have been referred to the PRU school's due to challenging behaviours, SEMH and SEN. Most of the children are on short stay placements, and some are on long term/permanent stays.

The children display a range of needs covering; physical aggression, verbal aggression, anxiety, depression, self half, low self-esteem and many more.

The role will including giving 1:1 and group support to pupils in classroom, or in intervention settings. All children will be following their own key stage curriculum, and some completing GCSE's in the KS4 schools.

The Pay for the role is £55-70 depending on experience.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
