Job description

SEMH Teaching Assistant in EYFS-KS2

Key Information:

  • BD8 area
  • Flexible availability
  • Hours: 8:30 – 15:30
  • Weekly Pay
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Salary: £85-£100
  • Must have experience working in schools.

The role:

The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining a positive learning environment for pupils with additional SEMH needs across the EYFS-KS2 classes.

  • Be able to adapt support depending on pupils needs.
  • Must be willing to support pupils Learning and Social skills.
  • Willing to intervene if a challenging situation arises.
  • Support with Phonics, Literacy and Numeracy intervention.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
