Are you a driven, enthusiastic individual looking for a new challenge? Teaching Personnel are working with alongside the Headteacher of a one form entry Primary School in Skelmersdale (WN8). The Headteacher is looking to employ a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with children with Autism preferably in a school setting but will also consider practitioners who have worked in nurseries or residential settings. The young girl you would be working with has recently started school in the Reception class and currently assessed slightly below 'expected age related levels'. The role will be to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis until Christmas to see how the child engaged with the support. This will be a five day a week position covering up to 33 hours. The rate of pay is competitive with other roles of this sort starting from £9 per hour. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested in the above role, or equally so, if you have any friends or family members who would be suitable. I can be contacted in the office on 01772 842154 or by email
