Teaching Assistant needed for Behaviour Support

Teaching Personnel are also able to provide a range of training; including Team Teach, Introduction to Autism and Moving and Handling

Currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support with Behaviour Management.

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant who is interested in working with Special Educational Needs across Primary and Secondary. The main focus of the role will be to help the Behaviour Management team implement behaviour plans within the classroom. You would be supporting 1:1 and at times supporting the whole class where you would observe, plan interventions and improve behaviour.

The successful candidate will be hard working and committed, and will be able to inspire, motivate and encourage children at all levels. We are looking for a team player who can support both the children in their care and the teachers with whom they will be working both in the classroom and at play.
