Behaviour Buddy – Richmond and Kingston

Would you like to provide behavioural support to children?

Can you work across different schools in Richmond and Kingston?

Teaching Personnel supports the recruitment of an educational service that provides:

  • 1:1 intervention in schools, where you will deliver bespoke packages of learning designed by the school and the local authority, with the aim of preventing permanent exclusion
  • 1:1 intervention in a purpose built short stay alternative provision, where you will deliver the same kind of package to children who have been temporarily taken out of school, with the aim of re-integrating them back into their previous school

Both forms of learning will centre around behaviour management, and therefore you must be confident in connecting with different children’s social and emotional needs, as well as their academic needs.

At the moment, the educational service is looking for a support member of staff to work with one student in the morning and one student in the afternoons. Ideally 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) although part time of 3 or 4 days per week may be considered for the right candidate.

  • GBP75/day pay rate including travel between the two schools – we are a PAYE company (no umbrella company)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
