A welcoming and supportive Secondary School in Bristol is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant with a behaviour focus for an ASAP start.

Your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant will vary throughout the day working across both KS3 & KS4 supporting pupils who are showing signs of challenging behaviour, ADHD and Autism.

The school are seeking an individual who has the ability to build relationships with the pupils. This promotes positive behaviour for the pupils in the classroom, it also looks to develop their behaviour for outside of the school setting.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Degree from a reputable University
  • Previous child related experience required
  • Strong SEN knowledge
  • Must be a creative and compassionate individual
  • You must be flexible and willing to get stuck in across the whole School
