"Due to an increased demand within the support provisions we wish to appoint a resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at the earliest convenience. The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will work with identified pupils across Key Stage Three and GCSE, monitoring behaviour and implementing approaches to improve behaviour across the cohort with the support from the SENCO and Senior Leadership Teams" - SLT.

The large Salford Secondary school is oversubscribed with 949 pupils currently on roll. The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will work with a range of pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 who have been identified to display challenging behaviour in school. These pupils will work in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to improve behaviour, motivation.

Located on the outskirts of Salford, this Worsley based Secondary school has just over 600 pupils on roll, aged 11-16. Salford can be accessed via the M602/A580 (East Lancashire Road) and the surrounding areas; Bury, Bolton and Manchester. There are also various public transport options available with links throughout Greater Manchester.
