Join Our Team: Behaviour Mentor for Secondary School

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives? We have an excellent opening in Bramhall at an OFSTED-rated 'Good' secondary school that could be your next step.

Position: Behaviour Mentor Location: Bramhall Contract: ASAP until the end of the academic year, with potential for permanent role Salary: £1,500 - £1,700 per month (experience-dependent)

About the Role: In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the students within a thriving secondary school. You will work closely with individuals and groups, providing guidance, encouragement, and a structured approach to help them overcome behavioural challenges. This opportunity not only allows you to make an immediate difference but also offers the possibility of a permanent position within the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in managing and improving their behavior.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to implement strategies.
  • Monitor and track progress, adapting your approach as needed.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring to help students develop key life skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in students' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
