***Behaviour Teaching Assistant*** ***Pupil Referral Unit*** ***Gainsborough*** ***Available Immediately***

We are currently working with a school in Gainsborough which caters for students with an EHCP for Social Emotional Mental Health. They are currently looking to recruit a behaviour specialist Teaching Assistant who has strong behaviour management. This role will run for the entire academic year. This school caters for students in Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. Classes are grouped based on age and individual needs to ensure they can provide the best education to their pupils. Class sizes tend to be small to ensure there is enough support in each class.

Key skills and experience needed:

  • Teaching Assistant
  • Strong behaviour management or experience working with pupils who have SEMH
  • One to one and small group work
  • Professional manor
  • Enthusiasm and friendly approach

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
