Behaviour Specialist TA - Belle Vale / Netherley - September 2018

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with two schools in Belle Vale and Netherley in Liverpool seeking behaviour specialist Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis supporting KS2 pupils.

The role:

The roles are to start on the 4th September, ideally full time but part time hours may be considered for the right candidates, and will continue through until January 2019.

The successful candidates will support the educational and pastoral needs of students in KS2 displaying challenging behaviour and learning difficulties.

The ideal candidate:

You will be qualified to Level 2 or above and have experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour or SEN on a 1:1 basis. You will be resilient, demonstrate excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team.

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Be able to evidence recent 'good' or 'outstanding' observation reports
  • Have recent experience of supporting within a school, which can be referenced

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
