Our client secondary school in Oldham is currently seeking behaviour specialist to work with a student who is at risk of exclusion. This position will be on a temporary basis for one term but may continue until the end of the academic year.

  • Get paid in line with your experience starting from £50 a day
  • Must have excellent behaviour management skills

The incoming Behaviour specialist will be working on a 1:1 basis with a student who is currently in the inclusion unit, to assist with the transition back into the classroom. You will be responsible for building a positive report with the student to keep them engaged and motivated during lessons. Additionally, you will act as a pastoral figure and provide feedback on the student's progression, attendance and overall performance.

Located in Oldham close to Royton the school is easily accessible via the M60 motorway with a range of public transport links from Manchester City Centre. The school has an excellent reputation within the diverse local community with the majority of students being from minority ethnic backgrounds. In their most recent Ofsted inspection the school received 'Good' across all areas and have a p8 score of 0.51.
