Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant

An outstanding primary school based in a village school East Riding, are looking for a behavioural specialist teaching assistant to join their staffing team after the Easter break.
The behavioural specialist would be required to support a pupil in Year 4, on a one to one basis. This pupil displays highly challenging behaviour and so therefore the school are ideally looking for someone who has experience and can provide their supporting strategies for this type of behaviour. The candidate would ideally have Team teach training and be familiar with deescalation skills.
The ideal candidate would need to be available on a part-time basis, working weekly Mondays and Tuesdays. This role is a longer term role for running for the rest the whole academic year.
