Outstanding Behavioural SEN provision based in West Drayton looking for staff immediately

A Behaviour Provision based in West Drayton, supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties are looking for an engaging and experienced teaching assistant that can support young people with challenging behaviour. This is an "Outstanding" PRU who provide alternative education to engage and motivate students with challenging behaviour. Based in a residential area with easy access to transport.

Teaching Personnel has been operating in the UK for over 20 years and we are committed to improving the quality of our staff. We can offer training courses that are either free or at a reduced cost, and a dedicated consultant will liaise with you regularly to ensure you are happy in your position.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
