Behaviour Mentor - Salford

Job description

A school based in Salford is seeking to appoint a behaviour mentor assistant to join their team in September.

The Salford school has a large SEN department and are looking to expand their team, on a short and long term basis.

You will be working with pupils who exhibit angry, aggressive and withdrawn behaviour towards members of staff and other pupils. You will be working closely with the Head Teacher and the SENCO, ensuring regular feedback and evaluations are given to help improve the pupil's behaviour and overall performance.

To be considered for this role, you must express the following skill set:

  • Experience in a UK primary school (KS1 and KS2)
  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviour
  • Be Flexibly, patient and tolerant in different environments
  • Excellent communication skills with children

Pay ranges from £55-65 per day!
