Teaching Personnel are currently working exclusively with a primary school in Sevenoaks who are looking to recruit effective behaviour mentors to support students transitioning back in to the mainstream classroom from the on site SEN unit and to support within the unit itself.
The role offers a varied and ever changing environment in which members of staff work flexibly to support vulnerable students with emotional, social and mental health difficulties. The role is full-time with the potential of offer of a permanent contract for those who excel in post.
Those who have experience in the following areas would be of particular interest:
- Youth work
- Support work & residential care
- Teaching Assistant in primary environment
- Prison officers/ tutors
- Graduates from relevant disciplines
This is a unique opportunity. The senior leadership team are very supportive and offer every opportunity for their staff to take ownership of their work as they recognise every individual is unique and offers their own particular set of skills.
