Role

Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor for a full-time support post starting in the new academic year (starting as soon as possible). The school is located in Leeds, LS11 just 10 minutes away from the Leeds City Centre. Public transport route are also easily accessible to the school. The school currently have 2 learning mentors and another behaviour mentor in school who you will be working closely with. You will be required to support pupils with behavioural issues across school.

Ideal candidate

The school are looking for a:

  • Behaviour Mentor who has recent experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
  • Level 2 / 3 qualified (CACHE or NVQ)
  • Team Teach Training (available through Teaching Personnel)
  • Valid / current DBS

The school received 'Good' at its last Ofsted in 2015 and last year and have received great recognition for their staff morale and ethos. This Primary schools is a Catholic school with approximately 431 children on roll in the new academic year.

Teaching Personnel

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
