Teaching Personnel Bristol are seeking Behaviour Mentors for a number of roles in schools across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

About the Role:

  • Full Time
  • £54-65 a day (dependant on experience)
  • You must be available to work school hours between 8.30-3.30
  • This role is for at least two terms
  • If this works well for both parties there is an option to go onto a school contract!

The successful candidate will be working within the SEN department of a mainstream Secondary school. You will be expected to help support the students with challenging behaviour either in small groups or one a 1:1 basis.

These students find it difficult to engage and remain focused throughout their lessons, therefore your role will largely be to keep them on track and aid young peoples learning. Due to the challenging nature of these students, you may also be required to help with diffusing situations and deescalating behaviour.
