Are you passionate about working with children?

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Learning Support Assistants who outgoing individuals who have an interest in working with pupils outside of mainstream schooling in the Romsey area. This position is full time and will require successful candidates to engage with male and female pupils aged between 11 - 16 who demonstrate a complex variety of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, which may include:

  • Autism
  • Disruptive and challenging behaviour
  • Anxiety and self-harm

About the role:

  • Earning potential of between £260 - £325 per week, dependent on experience and qualifications
  • 1:1 or small group basis with pupils - engaging with a number of daily tasks and responsibilities
  • 8.30am - 3.30pm (Monday - Friday)
