Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Learning Mentors to support children and young people who have challenging behaviours. These roles are working with children and young people on a 1:1/small group basis supporting their daily learning and activities.
The ideal candidate will have relevent experience and qualifications to support their application. If you have outdoor eduation experience to support this role then we would love to hear about this as well.
The roles will require the candidate to support the childs learning on and off base doing different learning based activities. This will require the candidate to be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.
The roles are full time, 5 days a week, 8:30-3:30.
A DBS in child workforce is required for this role which we request to be on the update service. Do not worry if you do not have this as we can support you through the application.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
