Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit teaching assistants with a specialism in behaviour to work as a behaviour buddy in one of our client schools. You will be asked to work on a one to one basis. The students that attend the client school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and challenging behaviour. Candidates team teach trained are desirable however, training can be provided. Trips to the park and or shops may be required when deescalating a situation. Candidates will be enthusiastic and show great behaviour management skills. The required time to work will be within 8:30-3:30. Pay will be based entirely on the experience however, the scale of pay will range from £54.00-£60.00 a day.
