SEMH Teaching Assistant - Scarborough

Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting those with Behavioural Difficulties or Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH). This position will see you working across a number of mainstream Schools and alternative provisions in Scarborough and surrounding areas. Ideally you will be available to start work immediately, or after the Easter half term.

  • Behaviour Assistant
  • Covering Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5
  • 1:1 and General Teaching Assistant support
  • Day to Day and Long Term positions available

The successful candidate will work alongside the SENCO, Class Teacher and Senior Leadership Team, in order to ensure the best education plan is in place for the pupil or pupils you will be supporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must for this position.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
