Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking Learning Support Assistants and Behaviour Support Workers with experience in supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) in Key Stages 2-4. You must have at least 6 months previous experience of working with ASC in an educational capacity. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication and behavior management skills and will be comfortable supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis in a classroom environment.

Available 3-5 days a week during term time

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
