An 'Outstanding' Sports school based in Kingsbury that cates for young pupils with Autism and SEMH are looking for positive and energetic people to join their team. The aim of the school is to enable learners to access further education and to develop skills and knowledge that lead to successful transitions to adulthood where our learners will live, work and contribute to their local communities.

The role of the Behaviour Analyst involves:

  • Implementing and managing Positive Behaviour Support
  • Assessment of learner ability and barriers to learning
  • Report and document writing including behaviour support plans, individualised skills development programmes and annual review reports
  • Evaluation of programmes through use of baseline recordings and progression data
  • Contribution to Individual Learning Plans and annual reviews within a Further Education context
  • Ensure teaching and learning is underpinned by PBS and that all interventions have excellent contextual fit
  • To deliver training to the staff team, including induction training, Positive Behaviour Support Framework and individualised supports to learners
