Teaching Personnel are working with a school who are looking for a behaviour specialist Teaching Assistant. They are looking for a candidate who is looking for full time, working from 8:30-3:30.

The school have requested that the candidate must have:

  • Experience of working in educational settings.
  • Minimum of GCSE A-C or equivalent.
  • Passion to support pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Committed to additional CPD courses to support pupil.
  • Able to adapt to situations quickly and effectively.

If candidates have other qualifications or training that support pupils with additional needs or challenging behaviours then please make this clear on your CV.

All candidates are subject to a DBS check. We require a DBS in child workforce and it needs to be registered on the update service. If you do not have a current DBS then we can support you through the process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
