Position: Day-to-Day Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Arnold, NG5

Role Overview:
- As a Day-to-Day Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work in various local schools, covering for planned and unplanned staff absences.
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, fostering student engagement and participation.
- Embrace the challenge of adapting to different age groups, subjects, and classroom dynamics.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth classroom experience and effective learning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and school staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in changing classroom environments.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for making a difference in students' lives.
- Availability for on-call assignments and willingness to travel to schools in the Arnold area.
