Job description

Teaching Personnel Bristol Primary is working with a C of E Primary school based in a small village in South Gloucestershire. The school has strong links with their parish church and they are privileged to have a modern, new school in which to teach and learn in lovely rural surroundings. The schools aim is to provide an environment in which everyone, adults and children, work together to develop and broaden their learning.

We are currently supporting this particular school with their recruitment for a TA who specialises in Autism and Attachment Disorder Support.

Are you experienced in…

  • Working with Key Stage 2 aged pupils?
  • Supporting those who are on the Autistic Spectrum?
  • Managing challenging behaviour of children?

If you answered 'yes' then please read on…

You will be supporting a wonderful pupil who is currently in Key Stage 2 on a 1:1 basis.

You will receive on-going support from a highly experienced SENDCO and Head Teacher and also outer-agencies.

You will be committed in organising and implementing on-going provision for a child who is Looked After and who also has Attachment Disorder. You will provide a real confidence boost for this child, who also struggles with the Social and Emotional sides of communication.

The hours are Monday - Friday 12.30 am - 3.30 pm.

Here at Teaching Personnel, you are paid weekly. All hours worked are reflected in your pay.
