Job description

We are currently looking to appoint 3 ASC specialised Support Staff for one of our Schools in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

This position is full-time, initially starts with a probation period and if successful, where you are happy to continue and the School see you as the right fit to support their pupils needs, but also that the School is right for yourself, you will then go onto a permanent contract.

Ideally you will have:

  • previous SEN experience ideally with ASC
  • previous experience within education
  • your own transport, although the School can be accessed via public transport
  • a passion to support pupils with Special Educational Needs to ensure that they gain the best out of their education and develop life skills to support their future
  • De-escalation training, although if you do not have this training we will look at providing you with P.I. (Physical Intervention) training

Essentials:

  • you can work Monday to Friday 08:30 - 15:30
  • have a passion to support pupils with SEN

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
