Brief Description: Specialist Learning Support Assistant required supporting a primary aged boy with autism
Are you a passionate LSA with previous experience supporting primary aged children with Autism who is looking for a position within a mainstream school 1:1?
Are you looking to help in the development and progress of a child 1:1 in all areas; social, academic and in their general enjoyment of school?
With your attributes, could you make a difference to a child with autism?
If you answered yes to the above, then this position is for you!
Teaching Personnel are working with a 3 form Primary School in Sidcup to work 1:1 with a boy with autism. This child is verbal, hardworking and a joy to support. He needs someone who is looking to make an impact and develop him across all areas. This will be to join their team long term with the specific job of working with him 1:1 throughout the rest of the academic year.
- As a 1:1 support with a child with Autism you must be a resilient individual with a can-do attitude who is willing to go the extra mile for your student to see them succeed
- To be a successful SEN specialist; experience working within a challenging environment with adults or children with ASC or Social Emotional Mental Health Difficulties is key.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
