Autism Specialist required in Burnley SEN School

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Burnley based SEN School who are seeking Teaching Assistants with experience supporting pupils with Autism specifically. The pupils in this School have a number of difficulties; including Autism, ADHD, PMLD, Physical Disabilities, PMLD and Challenging Behaviours. The School is based on the outskirts of Burnley and staff in this School are very welcoming and hard working. The School are looking to appoint a hard working Teaching Assistant with Autism experience to support pupils in their Autism unit specifically.

The School are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic, empathetic and experienced candidate to work with some of their more challenging pupils. The School are hoping to appoint a Teaching Assistant who is seeking a long term role in a forward thinking SEN School.

The candidate suited to this role will be available full time, ideally have access to a car, be willing to provide personal care when required and have experience supporting pupils with Autism and other special educational needs.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £54 - 64 per day

- Long term position available

- Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEN
