Are you looking to impact the lives of young special needs children?

Are you based near to Uxbridge?

This "outstanding" special needs secondary school supports autistic pupils. The school is separated in two; formal classes and semi-formal classes. Formal classes support GCSEs, A-Levels and BTECHs whilst semi formal classes support pupils in "Life Skills".

You will be working 1:1 with an autistic pupil, keeping him/her engaged and interested in the curriculum. Classes will be comprised of Teacher and 4 Teaching Assistants for a class of up to 6 pupils.

You must meet the following criteria to apply:

  • Have a DBS on the update service, or be willing to complete an application
  • 2 Excellent graded references
  • Proactive attitude
  • Previous experience supporting special needs children
