Teaching Personnel has been approached by a school in Burnley which is in need of an Attendance Improvement Officer to help improve attendance across the school.

The school caters for students which do not thrive in mainstream education because of their SEMH difficulties or SEND such as ASC or ADHD.

The students come to the school and are often persistently absent and the school endeavours to improve the student’s attendance and subsequently ensure that they can remove barriers to their education.

The successful candidate should be patient, confident and able to remain calm in challenging situations.

The hours of work are 8.15am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

The pay for this role is GBP1300 a month!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
