Job description

The Leeds Bradford SEN team are looking for ASD Support Assistants to join our enthusiastic, professional and empathetic pool of candidates. Here at Teaching Personnel we look after our SEN support assistants offering accredited training, continual professional development and on-going staffing opportunities.

We have a number of ASD school based in west Yorkshire, our schools pride themselves on they're ability to assist young people in becoming self-aware citizens for the future. The schools provide clear pathways for staff to progress and develop their educational careers.

The ideal candidate will need to have a Level 2 LSA qualification minimum and experience with ASD. However this isn't essential and the right people with a positive attitude will be considered. As an ASD support assistant, you will be required to: Monitor student's behaviour and academic progress Help build a positive learning environment Be able to work as part of a team Show a positive attitude and resilient nature
