I am looking for Teaching Assistants to work with primary age students with severe Autism and challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate must have worked with children or adults with Autism or Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties before and be confident with dealing with challenging behaviour. Training in Team Team is highly sought after but not mandatory and we can offer this if you have not done it before or if you would like a refresher.
