  • Temp to perm contract with he school

Specialist school is looking for Teaching Assistance (TA) to help provide exceptional learning and support to pupils 7 – 19 years old; with a wide range of needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties, communications difficulties and autistic spectrum disorders.


• Excellent experience for recent graduates who are looking to become a specialist SEN teacher.

• A temp to perm contract with the school

• Excellent transport links

• Long Term Full Time role to start ASAP (Monday – Friday 8:30 – 16:00)

This school requires energetic and dedicated people that can demonstrate a good understanding of the concepts and principles of SEMH and apply this to allow students to achieve their full potential.


• Experience working with children with Autism and Learning difficulties

• Understanding of TEACHH, PECS and Makaton is desirable but not compulsory

• New graduate with an interest in developing into a teacher

• Able to commit to a permanent position

Candidates will have a desire to build strong relationships with students. Have the ability to aid in social and emotional progression of students, through the pursuit of excellence in all areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
