Our partner school is an outstanding SEN school based in Radcliffe, Bury and they are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to work with students with severe, complex and medical needs as well as Autism and additional learning difficulties. This position is based on long term supply and is likely to go permanent.

The pupils in this school have a wide range of needs, including those with PMLD, SLD, VI, ASC, and HI. Experience of working with complex needs is essential. Training in Moving and Handling, Makaton, PECS, team-teach, personal care and first aid are highly sought after and will significantly enhance your chances of a permanent placement.

The ideal candidate must be able to inspire and motivate the children using creative curriculums. They must also have a genuine interest in helping young people with SEN excel and achieve.

The pay rate for this role is £8.07 per hour.

A DBS registered on the update service is essential for this position as it is a relatively immediate start.
