Teaching Personnel are currently working with various special schools in the area and are looking for SEN teaching assistants to work at various placements, both day to day and long term. To be considered for work through us, you must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of SEN and be passionate about working with pupils with special educational needs or challenging behaviour. Classroom-based experience supporting pupils with SEN and Behavioural Difficulties would be advantageous. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a keenness to learn within a specialised environment and be able to work to their own initiative, display support that is second to none and use behavioural management techniques to de-escalate unpredictable situations calmly.
