Autism experienced Learning Support Assistants required for specialist SEN school Leeds
- Experience supporting pupils with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
- Team Teach or Moving and Handling trained
- Experienced in implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (ECHP)
Teaching Personnel – Leeds, are seeking Learning Support Assistants and Behaviour Support Workers with experience in supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) in Key Stages 1-4. You must have at least 6 months previous experience of working with ASC in an educational capacity. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication and behavior management skills and will be comfortable supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis in a classroom environment.
You may also have received training related to supporting pupils with SEN including Team Teach, Moving and Handling, or Autism Awareness - or be willing to complete this training to develop SEN skills and awareness
