Are you a patient, enthusiastic and hard working individual who is looking for a challenging but very rewarding role as a Learning Support Assistant?

There are numerous roles covering a range of needs including ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).

This school is looking for an experienced, and hard working LSA to assist with pupils from 11 to 18 (Secondary and college level) who have SLD or ASD. You will be working in both an ASD unit and differentiating mainstream lessons to 1:1 with SEN pupils in secondary school.

This role will be full time and long term, as these children need stability and routine, with many schools and colleges keen to offer permanent contracts.

The Ideal Candidate must be:

Experienced SEN Learning Assistant supporting students at primary age

Available to interview

Right to Work & DBS required

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
