Experienced Teaching Assistant Required – Secondary Key Stage 3/4

  • Positions in Liverpool and surrounding areas
  • Short, medium and long-term positions available
  • Minimum of 12 months experience required

Teaching Personnel have working relationships with various Secondary Schools throughout the Liverpool and surrounding areas and there is a current need for experienced Key Stage 3/4 Teaching Assistants. Teaching Assistants with a Cache Level 3 qualification are highly sought after.

Short, medium and long-term positions arise in the following areas: Maghull, Crosby, Bootle, Thornby, Litherland, Kirkby, Huyton, Prescot and the surrounding villages. The reasons for the positions include sickness, course cover, PPA cover, paternity holiday cover, jury service cover, release time etc. We also have long-term positions such as long-term sickness cover, operation cover, maternity, long-term support and permanent cover/positions/contracts.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
