SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted

Your new school

This ‘Good’ two form entry primary school situated near Coventry centre require a SEND Teaching Assistant to start on a part time basis, five mornings a week. This will be an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a primary school setting.

Your new role

Your new job will require you to help support a child on a 1:1 basis who has ADHD. You will be needed to help develop the pupil and implement practical strategies to ensure they feel encouraged and supported. You will have a passion for working with pupils with special educational needs and be able to support the SENCO with the child’s IEP.

What you'll need to succeed

You must hold a minimum Level 2 award in supporting teaching and learning schools. Valid experience of working with children with SEN is vital to succeed in this challenging and rewarding Teaching Assistant job.
