ASC Teaching Assistant

Are you a specialist teaching assistant with previous experience supporting young people with Autism in education?

Our client secondary school are currently looking to provide specialist support with an ASC teaching assistant to work in their specialist Autism resource.

- Full time position, immediate start date for most suitable applicant

- Supporting identified students with complex needs

- Specialist role with in-house training and access to development courses

- Competitive daily rates of pay (£65 - £75 per day)

- Excellent public transport links due to neighbouring tram station

Whilst working at our client school as an ASC teaching assistant, you will hold responsibility for undertaking and delivering a variety of high quality education activities and schemes of work with children and young people who have autism at the school. You will need to promote a positive outlook in school as well as ensuring the best interests of the students and their safety is a priority throughout the day.
