Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a Special Needs School in Gainsborough, to assist with their staffing solutions. The provision caters for a variety of SEN such as Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties and Moderate Learning Difficulties. The provision is a council service for students who cannot attend mainstream school due to SEN.

Teaching Personnel are looking for Qualified Teachers to teach Primary students on a 1:1 basis with Autism after the May half term. The ideal candidate will be confident, open minded and outgoing, with an excellent work ethic. The successful teacher must have experience of teaching in an SEN environment. Excellent behaviour management is essential as it is quite a challenging class.
