A well regarded secondary school based in Barnsley are seeking to appoint a Qualified Teacher of Art from as early as next week for the remainder of the academic year and possibly beyond. The school is an average sized mixed secondary in the heart of Barnsley, well regarded in the community for excellence and progress.

In your role as an Art Teacher, you will be required to plan and prepare creative lessons that excite pupils and give them clear learning outcomes for each lesson. Art is a well regarded subject and GCSE pass rates exceed the national average by 7% in this school, the Art Teacher joining this successful department will be invited to the regular training opportunities within the faculty and also the whole school CPD.
