Teacher of Art and Design Technology - East Riding

Are you looking for a new teaching opportunity within the area?
Our client secondary school in the Hull and East Riding area is looking for a strong, confident teacher to join them after May half term to work as a Teacher of Art and Desgn Technology on a long term, full time basis. This school are looking for a teacher who can exercise good behaviour management skills within the classroom and ensure students stay on task. The successful teacher should therefore be an experienced art and design specialist and able to teach Art and Design Technology to GCSE level.

To be considered for the Teacher of Art and Design role, you must:
- be passionate about teaching and learning
- have experience of working in line with the national curriculum
- be able to give examples of their work raising pupils attainment
- be highly motivated by children's success
- be able to plan and mark to a high level
- excellent behaviour management
The school is located close to the M62. For those on public transport, the school is easily accessible via the trains and buses from Hull, Selby, York and North Lincolnshire.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
