As a passionate Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) we will work to get you in one of our many schools. We work with schools all across South Wales so if you have your own mode of transport and are willing to travel outside of RCT more job roles may become available for you.

• Start Dates: Upon completion of registration
• Position: Long Term positions available for multiple subjects and also day to day work for enhanced flexibility
• Pay Rates: Up to £500 per week dependant on experience
• Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses offered throughout the academic year

Newly Qualified Teacher Roles to include:

• Full teaching responsibilities including; Planning, Preparation, Teaching and Assessment
• Assess pupils learning through homework and parents evenings
• Create a positive teaching environment
• Possess strong classroom management skills to control discipline and behaviour
• Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
