A school in the Southampton area is currently looking for an approachable candidate with excellent time management to take on the role of Administrative Assistant. The school has fantastic transport links, only a 5 minute walk from a train station.

The leadership and management within the school are 'outstanding' as staffs are led by a visionary head teacher. It also has a large mix of multicultural students from different faiths and backgrounds promoting understanding and respect between them. This has created a unique and wonderful environment to work in.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have a positive and 'can do' attitude.
  • Will work well in a team.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be proactive and takes own initiative.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Prior experience with admin/receptionist roles is ideal but not essential.
