Full-Time Administration Team Leader – Immediate or January Start
A well-established specialist setting in the Bournemouth area is seeking an organised and confident Administration Team Leader to oversee administrative services across multiple campuses. Supporting pupils aged 5 to 18, this role is essential to ensuring the smooth daily running of a thriving primary and secondary environment.
This outstanding multi-campus provision supports learners with a wide range of needs, including Moderate to complex learning difficulties and Autism Spectrum Conditions
The school is known for its warm atmosphere, exceptional teamwork and strong partnership with families. Staff work collaboratively to ensure pupils feel safe, understood and supported to achieve their best.
The Role
As the Administration Team Leader, you will guide and support the admin and reception teams across several sites. You will be a key point of contact for families, staff and visitors, ensuring efficient communication and a welcoming front-of-house experience.

Leading administration staff and ensuring consistent cover across campuses

Managing daily office operations and supporting smooth school workflows

Offering a professional and friendly welcome to families and visitors

Overseeing safeguarding procedures at reception points

Reviewing systems and processes to improve efficiency and consistency

Visiting multiple campuses as required
What We’re Looking For

Strong administrative experience, ideally within an educational or SEN environment
-
Confident leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate staff
-
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
-
A proactive, solution-focused approach to improving systems
-
Minimum 6 months of childcare experience would be benficial, especially supporting pupils with SEN (as this role involves regular interaction with students and families)

A calm, professional manner, with attention to safeguarding and safety

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
