- Further your teaching career
Teaching Personnel work with a number of schools in the Southampton area who are always looking for teaching assistants and support staff who can deliver targeted intervention to children who suffer from ADHD and ADD, or who have severe behavioral and emotional issues. As education recruitment specialists, Teaching Personnel look to provide the solution to this problem for schools and, as such, have a range of work available to the right candidates.
We are currently offering day-to-day and shorter term temporary work placements as well as longer term work where you may be required to cover sustained periods of absence or maternity. For the right candidate, there is opportunity for these roles to develop into a full-time and permanent position. Our schools are looking for candidates that are flexible, positive, reliable and committed to the development of young people.
To be considered for work with teaching personnel, you will need to have a brief telephone interview, where you will be invited for a face-to-face interview where you can show us that you have the right skills and experience to walk in to any environment, with short notice, and have a high impact on the learning of young people and children.
Ultimately, positions of this nature require continuity for these pupils and schools like to see regular faces. Teaching Personnel offers the benefit of specialist recruitment consultants that have excellent relationships with the schools and are able to get your foot in the door for you. If you can prove to us that you have what it takes, we won't stop until we find the right role for you.
If you are interested in finding work through Teaching Personnel or want to find out more, please contact Mia at Teaching Personnel on Mia.Surplice@teachingpersonnel.com or call 01202 292696.
