Teaching Personnel have a strong focus this next term on delivering focused behaviour and attendance support in a range of Primary schools due to a recent demand for such support assistants.
With this in mind, Teaching Personnel in Lancashire are looking to recruit teaching assistants or University graduates with previous experiences working alongside children with behavioural difficulties. We have been approached by a larger than average Blackburn Primary School, to provide experienced 1:1 behaviour support assistants to manage pupil behaviour in a classroom based setting.
It is essential you have worked either on a voluntary/temporary or on a permanent basis in a Primary setting before now and have a passion to work on a 1:1 basis with ‘challenging’ children.
If you feel like you have a lot to offer in the class room and you are currently sourcing long term work then do not hesitate to contact me on 01772 842155 or at firstname.lastname@example.org with an up dated CV.
